The Wirecutter – Best Blu-ray Player

What makes for the best Blu-ray player? What makes a model a better buy than another? Is there really that much difference between models at this point? Really, there isn’t a huge difference in Blu-ray movie playback performance at this point. They really work or they don’t. When it comes down to user interface, speed, streaming content, and design, we see huge difference in Blu-ray players.

So which one should you buy? I sat down and evaluated all the main Blu-ray players this year for The Wirecutter and came up with a pick for you.
