Today I contributed my first article to The Wirecutter, where I looked around to find the best Soundbar out there.  I wasn’t looking for the best value bar, but instead if I wanted really great sound for movies and music, and the ease of installation of a soundbar compared to separate components, what would I pick?  Coming in I certainly had some preconceptions about what I thought would be best, but I have to admit I was totally wrong in the end, and all of my research led me to a much different pick.  You can go over to The Wirecutter to see what I found, and decide if a soundbar is the right choice for you.
