Batman v Superman is shot on a wide variety of sources, including 16mm, 35mm, IMAX, and ARRIRAW 3.4K. According to an interview with the cinematographer (http://www.theasc.com/ac_magazine/April2016/ClashTitans/page4.php) the 35mm sources were scanned at 2K and the IMAX sources at 8K, with final mastering done at 4K. So it might be a mix of quality throughout the UltraHD Blu-ray version.
